2. Donations & Payment Processing

  • All donations made to MG Global Support Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable.

  • Donations are processed securely through third-party payment providers. By donating, you agree to comply with their terms and conditions.

  • If you choose to cover the transaction fee, your total charge will reflect this adjustment.

  • Recurring (monthly) donations are charged automatically on the selected date. You may modify or cancel recurring donations at any time through your donor account or by contacting us.

3. Tax Deductibility

  • MG Global Support Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization

  • Donations may be tax-deductible to the fullest extent permitted by law. Please consult a tax professional for specific guidance.

  • A donation receipt will be provided via email for your records.

  • Donations will be used to support Ukrainian families in need, including but not limited to legal aid, housing, essential resources, and related support programs.

  • While we make every effort to allocate funds as intended, MG Global Support Foundation reserves the right to redirect funds where they are most needed to fulfill our mission.

  • We respect your privacy. Donor information is collected for transaction processing and communication purposes only and will not be sold or shared.

  • We may send updates about how your donation is making an impact. You can opt out of communications at any time.

6. Refund Policy

  • As donations are voluntary and immediately used to support our mission, all donations are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.
